Staying physically active is an essential part to have a good mental health. Find plenty of time to do some workouts that will help you to stay mentally and physically strong and active. There are many free classes, apps, and channels that are running to help us exercise, even if you don’t have any equipment. You can walk even at your home, so start doing it to stay fit. 

Be Selective About Your Media Consumption

While it’s important to stay informed, consuming wrong content about the coronavirus, is also harmful to your mental health. Continuously, the media reports on new virus cases and talking about death tolls which can affect your psychological well-being.
