  • Stone fruits are more difficult to process due to their soft fibers as they create a rather creamy juice. These fruits are good as an additional base for other juices, because their fibers clog the extractor filter and the squeezing becomes long and ineffective. The same goes for kiwifruit and mango.
  • Apples such as apples and pears can work very well with all appliances, as long as they are still fresh and hard. For floury and overripe fruits it is better to use centrifuges.
  • Vegetables also work well without major problems with all appliances, the only difference is in the yield and clarity of the juice.
  • Citrus fruits are great for juice, there is nothing to add here. We just have to repeat that the yield and the amount of fiber in the juice will differ depending on the machine chosen.
