The selfie continues to be one of the undisputed protagonists of mobile photography. Even on the beach, where a good self-timer can earn us a mountain of likes on Facebook and Instagram, making friends and colleagues who stayed in the city to work in the heat the envy. But it is necessary to follow precise rules to take a good selfie, otherwise we return to the dry judgment of the Net which risks rejecting our lack of creativity. Goodbye grainy or too bright images and welcome inspiration: sometimes it is enough to move the corner of the phone or change the frame to get truly impeccable shots. That’s why we have created a guide to selfies with the best tricks and tips to do them well even on the beach during our 2020 summer holidays.
Check the brightness:
Is the photo too dark or too bright? Before shooting, adjust the exposure to get the perfect light for your selfie. Manually adjust the exposure by tapping on the screen and holding, then slide up or down with your finger to increase or decrease the exposure. When you get the right value and want to lock focus and exposure in the same spot, tap and hold until AE / AF Lock appears. Avoid taking pictures at noon and choose in the morning or late afternoon, just before sunset, to have a more uniform and less intense light. Here is the Camera for Drone
Fix the shot:
Check that there are no shadows on the face in portraits, even group ones and then choose the right relationship between the photographed subject and the background. Hold your phone straight and make sense of your image: you can have the sea in the background or choose something colorful that contrasts but avoid framing other subjects you don’t know.
Adjust The Timer:
You can certainly shoot using the volume button or by tapping the screen, it might be more convenient, however, to activate the timer (from 3 or 10 seconds) and let the camera do it by itself. You gain in stability (you can support your smartphone) and you also have the time to better prepare for the shot. Find the Timer at the top of the camera screen, once selected, it will let you choose the time. Here is the List of Camera you might be interested in.
Use Automatic Enhancement:
If you want a more refined touch, the automatic optimization wand is there to help you. When you are in “Edit” tap the magic wand at the top right of the screen and and it will immediately improve the exposure, contrast, saturation and other qualities of the photo. It’s the fastest way to make your photos even more stunning.
Choose the mirror selfie:
We are not talking about that sad habit of taking pictures in the bathroom, but rather about an advanced smartphone feature that allows you to have an upside-down image, a bit like looking in the mirror. It seems trivial, but changing the angle from a standard shot can soften a face or make that photo more familiar – precisely because you’ve been used to seeing yourself like this in the mirror for years.
Try The Top Shot:
Precisely because the angle is fundamental, it is better to raise the phone slightly and make the shot less intense and with a downward angle that smooths the image and makes it less detached.
Firm wrist and shoot as much as you can
If a photo seems blurry it is because you moved the phone slightly while taking the selfie: you can solve it with the timer, as we said before, or by holding the smartphone better for the shot. And, while you’re at it, don’t take a single photo, but take a dozen and then select the one you like best.
Try the Selfie:
Do you have an iPhone? Then turn your selfie into a slow-motion video that will earn you tons of likes.
